EGR Delete Benefits
Eliminating the EGR system will prevent soot from building up and clogging the EGR valve. Instead of hot exhaust gas being re-routed into the intake, fresh dense clean air can now circulate. Improved exhaust flow allows the turbocharger to spool up faster which results in quicker throttle response. This EGR delete is engineered and designed to recirculate engine coolant faster and more efficiently than the stock EGR system.

Installation tips
Everything needed for a complete install is included. Installation takes approx. 2hrs with basic hand tools. When installing this EGR delete; a DPF delete capable tuner is required to prevent any check engine light, diagnostic trouble code or drive-ability issues.
Our EGR kit vs. competitors
There are two different EGR kits available. On version with a coolant bypass plate & coolant re-route house and another (cheaper option) without the coolant bypass plate. We only sell the coolant bypass version; because it allows coolant to circulate throughout the engine more evenly and is a superior design.
Made in the USA
The majority of EGR kits sold these days are made overseas. Though cheaper; fitment can be an issue, tolerances aren't as tight, coolant leaks are common, and the overall quality is poor.
