Two Available Options
1. Bully Dog BDX w/Tuning - You will receive a blank Bully Dog BDX tuner. A JOT Form will be emailed so you can provide vehicle info. Tunes will be created and emailed within 2-3 business days.
2. Tuning only - Does NOT include a Bully Dog BDX or Switch. This means you already have a Bully Dog BDX to load tunes onto.
Power Levels
2010-2012 - 50hp, 80hp, 120hp, 180hp, 250hp
2013-2018 - 10hp, 50hp, 80hp, 110hp, 150hp
2019-2021 - 30hp, 75hp. 130hp, 180hp, 230hp
Eliminate the following components (if equipped) without setting any diagnostic trouble codes or checking engine light:
- Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF)
- Catalytic Converter (CAT)
- Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC)
- Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR)
- Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF)
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR)
Diagnostic Trouble Codes / Check Engine Light - The SCT X4 / Bully Dog BDX will prevent any emission related DTC’s or check engine light from setting. However, if some other issue comes up you will still be alerted. DTC’s can be checked / cleared.
Fuel Mileage - Expect to see a significant fuel mileage gains. If your DPF is plugged up your probably averaging about 13-14 mpg. More or less depending on the severity of the restriction. After installing the SCT X4 / Bully Dog BDX and deleting the DPF/CAT expect to get a combined mileage of 18-19 mpg. Larger tires and poor driving habits will skew mileage downward.
After completed purchase we will send you link to an online form. Here you will provide the serial number on your tuner as well as your VIN. Delete tunes will then be emailed based on the information provided. The Bully Dog BDX includes DPF present and DPF removed tuning. SOTF tuning & switch are included.
